This week in the Weekly Whirlwind, Amy talks about filling in for Em (as she takes some time off) and how it makes you value your team.  In addition, she gives a quick update on the property on Main Street. That project is getting close to starting…exciting stuff.  Kirby talks about spending a few days traveling to Expo East in Atlantic City…and getting back to the office!  Oh…and you can check out a quick video about that trip here.

Lesson In Life

This week Kirby and Amy talk this time about “not being to big for any job.”  They discuss the idea of not asking employees to do anything they are not willing to do.  In addition, they discuss how that makes you a better leader.

Shout Outs

Each week we want to give a shout out to an organization or an individual doing good work.  This week Kirby talks about the Pomerene Center for the Arts and the ArtPark in Coshocton.  They have done some cool work there (oh…and you can check out a little video about that here).  Amy shouts out about the Hot Air Balloon Festival coming up this weekend.  For more information on that event, go here.
